I came across this singing bird in a tree the middle of the night in a residential neighborhood. This is one funky bird! he's got so many different sounds hes making. The recording isn't as clean as reinsamba's legendary "nightingale", as there is a bit of traffic whine in the backround that comes in at times.

Bird park: here the most prominent sounds are those of birds flying around. You can hear how wind is being pushed around by wings and of course the happy chatter between birds. There are numerous different birds that can be heard that make for an interesting ambience. Recorded with the zoom h6, rode ntg.

There was some far away plane noise that i've filtered down quite heavily, so that now the bird sounds kind of 'isolated' and maybe somehow synthetic. I was in the middle of the woods when i noticed that the birds seemed to be alarmed like there was a predator nearby and sure enough, i finally spotted a big barred owl sitting high in a tree about 50 yards from my recorder. Pretty amazing how the bird community sounds the alarm.
